At CRAVE, our goal is to provide you with the absolute best food, from the best sources, prepared fresh to help you Thrive in your everyday life. Part of the way we do that is by making sure we know exactly what you are getting, nutritionally, in each meal. We do this using the Block method, which is a simple way to count the three Macronutrients (Macros) in food by assigning each "Block" set amounts. Each Crave Block contains 7 grams Protein, 9 grams carbohydrates, and 6 grams of Fat.
We have three levels of meals for you to choose from: Lifestyle, Active, and Vitality. The only difference between the meals is simply the number of Blocks each contains.
Active: For The Challenger. 5 Crave Blocks
~ 600 nutrient dense Calories of 35g protein, 45g Carb & 30g Fats
- Lifestyle: For The Adventurer. 4 Crave Blocks ~480 nutrient dense Calories of 28g Protein, 36g Carb & 24g Fats
- Vitality: For The Thriver. 3 Crave Blocks ~ 360 nutrient dense Calories of 21g Protein, 27g Carb & 18g Fats
